Short-form video<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Video is still hot for the new year! In 2023, we see shorter videos posted on stories and reels taking over. We\u2019re also seeing the trend of customers and clients posting brand-specific content for businesses (known as user-generated content or UGC.) Keep in mind that if you want your customers and clients to create this type of content for you, you need to lead them down the buyer\u2019s journey so they become raving fans of your company!<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2. Conversational email marketing<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Contrary to popular belief, email marketing isn\u2019t going anywhere anytime soon. HOWEVER, the format is changing. Salesy and spammy emails are on the way out and conversational email is getting more popular. Email addresses are still needed to sign up for social accounts, which means almost everyone has them and checks them regularly!
